Basic Blake Boutique return policy:
- No refunds will be issued. Store credit can be given if your product arrived damaged or you need a different size and meet all of the requirements listed.
- If your product arrived damaged, it has to be reported to me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving it. If return of item is accepted, you will be issued a store credit. Damaged items must not be worn or washed and sent back to me within 10 days of receiving the item.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, exact exchanges only will be accepted. You will need to email me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items eligible for exchange will not be worn or washed and must be sent back to me within 10 days of receiving the item.
